We stand behind the quality of our publications. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Send an email to contact@aura-sanitize.shop within 30 days of your purchase with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number or the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refund conditions
Refunds are available within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Digital product note
As our products are digital downloads, we voluntarily waive the standard exemption for digital content under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This means you retain your right to a refund even after downloading the product, within the 30-day window.
