4. Data retention
Purchase records are retained for 7 years in accordance with UK accounting and tax law. Email addresses used solely for order fulfilment are deleted after 12 months unless you have opted in to marketing communications.
5. Third parties
We share minimal data with: Whop Marketplace Inc. (payment processing and digital delivery); Systeme.io (website hosting). These parties process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.
